Suofeiya has wide range of sales channel, and has been actively expanding the concept of “Whole House Customization”. It is committed to the layout of the strategy to increase consumer’s awareness and the market share. At present, Suofeiya owns three customized brands, that is Suofeiya full house customization, “SCHMIDT” Customized Kitchen cabinet, MILANNA Customized wooden door, and selling the OEM finished furniture and custom curtain using Suofeiya’s external channel. At end of 2017Q3, there were 2954 stores (including the decorating stores,not supermarkets) for the above-said brands.It is the first company to break the capacity bottleneck. There are four factories which are located in southern of China, northern of China, eastern of China and central of China, and the production support system covering the national sales network has been formed.
On the basis of the data link , the powerful computing background ,Suofeiya began to further promote the digital transforming process to build a cyber-ecosystem in 2015. To provide the consumers with the better integrated products and services of the “Customized Home”, Suofeiya constructs an open 3D collaborative platform for consumers, household designers and merchant, which combines the sales channels, societal designers with excellent merchant. And it addresses the sharing and auto matching of consumer needs and household solutions. In consequence, it reduces the cost of manufacturing and raises the capacity, and optimizes the cost of management.
（1） THE MACRO CONTROL OF THE REAL ESTATE
The central government continued to implement a raft of measures to crack down the speculative real estate investment so as to stabilize the housing prices, including the limitations of property-purchasing and bank loans, the regulation of the business tax onpre-owned house sale and individual income tax at macro-level. Among of these policies, the housing demand has been cooleddown. Both the furniture and decoration industry are highly related to the real estate, if the macro controls keep the housing market down for a long period, the custom wardrobe industry will be suffered. It will bring negative effect on the operating performance of the company.
（2）HIGHER RAW MATERIAL PRICE
The MDF and the hardware accessories with steel and aluminum are the main raw material of company, which price will fluctuate according to the cycle of market supply and demand and the international price of the metal. If the price of domestic MDF and hardware accessories increases with the price of wood and bulk raw material in the future , the cost of the products of the company will be raised and the company’s profitability will be adversely affected.
